This Chardonnay has a bright yellow color with golden reflections. It has aromas reminiscent of citrus and pineapple, creamy notes from the oak and an elegant minerality on the nose and palate.

Pioneer Chardonnay

The whole clusters are pressed and then the decanted must is fermented in different tanks for 21 days at 12ºC: 60% in cement ovoids, 30% in stainless steel and 10% in second-use French barrels.
In this way, we first obtain the unctuousness of the concrete, then the oak and finally the fresh, citrusy fruit component.
The vat foot used to carry out the fermentation is a Bayanus type yeast special for Chardonnay. Only 10% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 months to give it greater aromatic complexity and smoothness on the palate.


Excellent with buttered trout with capers, seafood cocktails or avocado mousse. We recommend serving it at 10 °C.
