It is a red wine, with purple hues, typical of Malbec from cool areas.
Aromatically, the wine is the ultimate expression of refinement, marked by floral notes such as lilacs and violets, as well as acidic red fruits.

The oak aging appears in classic form, with spicy descriptors.
On the palate, the wine has an elegant entry, with reactive chalky tannins in balance with ripeness and acidity. It has a persistent and vibrant finish.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

The grapes are harvested by hand and harvested 100% in a window of fresh maturity.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 26°C for 10 days, 100% malolactic. The movements during this are manual and with daily tasting.
Classically made, with a total of 24 days of maceration and vinification in wooden vats.
The first aging (oxidative) was carried out for 24 months in French oak barrels and the second aging (reductive) in bottle for 18 months.
