It has a steely yellow color. The aromas are defined by mineral notes, fresh citrus and stone fruits such as apricot and white flowers.
On the palate, the palate is vibrant, fresh and with a persistent finish.

On the palate, this Malbec is friendly, intense and with soft tannins that harmonize with the oak notes. Long finish and great vivacity.
PRODUCTION AND AGING
The grapes are harvested mechanically and at night, in lots of 5,000 kg of grapes. Pressing is done by separating the musts at low temperatures and then the decanted must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 12 – 14°C for 21 days. The vat foot used is a Bayanus strain.
Aging: 100% of the wine was aged for 3 months on the skins.

It is ideal to accompany appetizers, dry pasta with wok vegetables, ceviches and white fish.
